We keep this simple. ReCore IT only collects the information needed to respond to your enquiry and arrange your collection. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Who we are

What information we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your location and type of equipment (selected from the form)
- Any additional information you include in the message field
We do not collect any payment information, and we do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to operate this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Arrange and confirm a collection at your premises
- Send you a data destruction certificate following your collection
- Contact you regarding any follow-up questions about your collection
We will not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never sell or pass your details to third parties.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to a business enquiry you have submitted to us and to carry out the service you have requested. Where you provide optional information (such as your phone number), we process this solely because you have chosen to share it with us.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is securely deleted. If a collection takes place, we retain records of that collection (including the destruction certificate) for up to 6 years in line with standard business record-keeping requirements. This may be relevant in the event of an ICO audit or legal query.
Where your data is stored
Enquiries submitted through our website are processed via Netlify Forms, a third-party form handling service. Netlify is a data processor that complies with UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and uses appropriate legal safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for any international data transfers. You can review Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy for full detail on how they process data.
